currently context applets won't collapse correctly - at least under kde 4.4.4
/ qt 4.6.3. The problem is that after an applet has been collapsed, the others
aren't rearranged and a gap is visible.
This patch should fix that. Please try yourself, if it fixes this problem with
your kde/qt ver
