I have been browsing the Local Government Director (LGDIR) dataset to check
for some issues with our data for MP.
I find that there are errors (at least for MP) in the "Block" variable.
E.g., in Dindori district, it shows only 1 block (Dindori) when we know
there are 7 blocks in this d
