[Bug 390014] Re: my lcd monitor flashes, it turns off for a second and then come back
I have the same problem, using an external LCD monitor with Ubuntu 9.04 OS: Ubuntu 9.04 System: HP/Compaq nw8440 Monitor: HP LP2065 It *appears* to happen most often on browser pages (Firefox or Chrome) that dynamically update. So, not at all for static pages, but it goes nuts (sometimes blacking out for many seconds) on certain kinds of pages as noted above. Does not effect laptop screen (I run split-screen, workspace spread between the two). Everything is the latest... Re: [Bug 705056] Re: "Dummy Output" audio after latest Maverick update
It hasn't worked since my Ubuntu update earlier today. I get "Dummy Output" in e.g. the PulseAudio volume control, etc I've tried re-installing PulseAudio Many reboots :( On Wed, Jan 19, 2011 at 3:23 PM, Daniel T Chen wrote: > Is the symptom reproducible only directly post-login?
