[Bug 356798] [NEW] apache redirects to /var/www/mythweb

2009-04-06 Thread odror
Public bug reported:

I have installed mythbuntu 9.4. I do intend to have this machine also as
my server for other things beside mythtv. One of the issues that I am
having is mythweb redirection.

When I access the web page http://localhost I am redirected to
http:/localhost/mythweb. This persist even when I uninstall mythweb and
remove all references to mythweb from index.html and sites-enabled. Has
apche2 been modified internally to support mythweb only. Does anyone
know how to fix this problem. There other issue that I have with aopache
is that I would like it to show the directory content for the root
directory and not look for the file index.html. The problem resolved
after removing index.html

2020-01-23 Thread odror
I am not able to use the workaround described above.

sudo echo deep > /sys/power/mem_sleep

I get
-bash: /sys/power/mem_sleep: Permission denied

and when root account does that I get:
-bash: echo: write error: Invalid argument

Do I need to use a different parameter?

[Bug 1902797] Re: zsys unable to save state since upgrade to 20.10

2020-11-04 Thread odror
I cleaned all the *_auotozsys_ snapshots. They were generated by syncoid
(which I used for backup) I got a lost of disk space back, but it did
not solve the issue. These snapshots were also in my 20.04 (before the
upgrade) with no issues (except for using disk space)

I am still getting the error when I run "/sbin/zsysctl state save"
ERROR couldn't save state for user "root": user "root" doesn't exist

I would like to add that there is a related issue.

the root subpool rpool/USERDATA/root_zo0whd is not mounted at boot I
have to mount it manually after boot.

also possibly related: status zfs-import-cache.service fails. I have to
restart it after boot.

 systemctl status zfs-import-cache:

2019-11-12 Thread odror
$ cat /sys/power/mem_sleep
[s2idle]

$ cat /sys/power/state
freeze mem disk

I also would like to note that I made the following observation after
blacklisting the nouveau driver. That the freezing issue happens when
selecting nvidia. It is even worse then that. Because if I leave the
computer idle, than when it goes to sleep on it own I have the same
issue. On the other hand of I use the intel driver I am not freezing,
but the computer becomes warm and loose about 7% of the battery per hour
on suspend.
