[Bug 927662] Re: Mouse cursor traversal between displays is too "sticky"
It's a good thing that the launcher is displayed on both displays by default, but pointer barrier make no sense if the launcher is always visible. [Bug 943839] [NEW] Click on indicator area in the main monitor mapped also as click in the secondary smaller monitor
Public bug reported: As described in the title. It's like the click handler make the action as I click in the first monitor AND in the second monitor. Example in the attached screenshoot. Tested on oneiric and on precise (20120301). How to replicate: (it's not the only way to replicate but the first I obtain poking around a bit. It occours even between suspend cycles but I can't replicate it now) - click on an app in the indicator menu on the smaller secondary screen - while the menu is still open disconnect the secondary monitor (the hard way, pulling the VGA cord) - now you get the weird behaviour even if you reconnect the secondary monitor (until you restart unity). [Bug 762918] Re: Natty Screensaver freezes system after some period of inactivity
I think the cause of this bug was misunderstood by someone. I also get hanging after screen goes blank in 11.04 (natty) but switching to VT1 and killing gnome-screensaver doesn't help (and I don't even think it's the cause). Every time I notice this problem the last line of Xorg.0.log was like: "[ 1914.240] (II) AIGLX: Suspending AIGLX clients for VT switch". Problem can be easily reproduced in my system: set 1 minute display timeout on Power Management and wait. It doesn't hang every time screen goes black, but every time it hang, Xorg.0.log contains that message. Maybe is more frequent if the browser is playing Flash content.
