[Bug 1220426] Re: [nvidia-prime]Freeze while using touchpad
Same here. I have a lenovo z500 with nvidia optimus 645M. [Bug 1349002] Re: Screen brightness cannot be changed on HP EliteBook 8560w
I have the same issue at HP EliteBook 8560w and Linux 3.19.0-30-generic #34~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Oct 2 22:09:39 UTC 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux and GNOME Shell 3.10.4 I've started with Ubuntu 14.04 so brightness controls never worked here with Ubuntu. [Bug 1349002] Re: Screen brightness cannot be changed on HP EliteBook 8560w
Christopher, thank you for quick response. As you suggested I start filling new report and while searching info for it (as I changed default configuration) I accidentally found working solution here: http://askubuntu.com/a/589100 . I downgraded Nvidia drivers (that installed earlier) from 352.x version to 304.128 and brightness controls start working like a charm. So I believe there's no need in new report now. If not or if I can help with something else please let me know. Anyway thank you for triggering me with that additional research. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1349002 Title: Screen brightness cannot be changed on HP EliteBook 8560w To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1349002/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1754702] Re: Delay before you can type after switching input source
I faced this issue too. Also I found that default layout switcher is very restrictive. For example I Ńouldn't set right Alt or Caps Lock keys to switch layout. However I found workaround with gnome-tweaks. Setting layout switcher as described here https://askubuntu.com/a/1029605 solved all these problems for me. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1754702 Title: Delay before you can type after switching input source To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1754702/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
