Re: [Bug 1542934] Re: hdmi not working
I can not as it says: "It appears you are currently running a mainline kernel. It would be better to report this bug upstream at http://bugzilla.kernel.org/ so that the upstream kernel developers are aware of the issue. If you'd still like to file a bug against the Ubuntu kernel, please boot with an official Ubuntu kernel and re-file." So I am going to file it there as Ubuntu does not allow me to override and file the bug report. Dňa 24.02.2016 o 18:23 Christopher M. [Bug 149483] Re: Pidgin unable to connect "Waiting for network connection"
I confirm. Latest Kubuntu, KDE 4.7.3, Pidgin 2.10.0. Always happens when connecting to mobile broadband or wifi. It seems that pidgin inly polls network manager once (after the boot) and then just stays in that waiting state forever. User must go to the manage accounts and disable and then re-enable them all. annoyance. ** Changed in: pidgin (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid => Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/149483 Title: Pidgin unable to connect "Waiting for network connection" To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/pidgin/+bug/149483/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Re: [Bug 389433] Re: connection to samba working locally, but remotely getting error Receiving SMB: Server stopped responding protocol negotiation failed
Hi, I have since reinstalled samba, deleted the config and created a new one. It works OK now. That means, Samba had some configuration bug that must have been introduced during update. I am not able to reproduce it nowadays.
