[Bug 591170] [NEW] power/turn off icon is not displayed on GNOME ubuntu version 10.04

2010-06-08 Thread cagdas
Public bug reported:

I am a new user to Ubuntu. I could access to log off/turn off icon on GNOME at
the very upper right corner, when I first installed Ubuntu 10.04 last week.
However, that icon is now obscured by a mirror image of my account name. I
restarted my session by ctrl+alt+del; but the problem persists. How can I solve
the problem?
thnx

RE: [Bug 591107] Re: Help menu icon or the help+support under the system does not respond

2010-06-22 Thread cagdas

Sorry for the long delay due to a vacation. It was both the help icon and the
help & support mark under the system menu on the upper Gnome panel. I have
solved (!) this problem by reinstalling ubuntu 10.04. Thank you for your
attention
