[Bug 779912] Re: modprobe: FATAL: Error inserting padlock_sha (/lib/modules/2.6.38-9-generic/kernel/drivers/crypto/padlock-sha.ko): No such device
Ok, forget my comment for this issue. After leaving the system alone for a couple of minutes it had been started and it seems that the padlock issue wasn't the cause because after looking at syslog I saw that this message occurs everytime when booting but doesn't cause a delay. It rather seems to be a problem with ntp synching: ... Jun 12 23:20:24 pc NetworkManager[987]: Activation (eth0) Stage 5 of 5 (IP Configure Commit) complete. [Bug 636311] Re: Keyboard special keys interfere with mouse
In my case, event3 will be fired when pressing normal keys and event4 will be fired when pressing the multimedia keys. So here's my input- event for device4 when pressing a volume key. [Bug 658122] Re: Mouse buttons stop working, then disappear
Not sure if it's the same issue but similar things happend on a fresh ubuntu-10.10-desktop-amd64 installation with an ATI Radeon HD 4800 (fglrx): When using a multimedia app like me-tv, vlc or totem the left mouse button doesn't work anymore after some time. Sometimes the icon for dragging appeared constantly besides the mouse pointer. The right button still worked but I had to restart gdm to get all mouse buttons working again. I first thought it's because of compiz 3D-effects but it also happended when disabling them. It just also happened when using rhythmbox so this issue might be also related to #658303. I dindn't have this problems with ubuntu 10.04. -- Mouse buttons stop working, then disappear https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/658122 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

Same behaviour for me when using the Aubergine package (mouse pointer jumps to left upper corner after xorg started, same reproducible when logging out and in again) then everything is ok. keyboard:microsoft wired keyboard 600 -- Keyboard special keys interfere with mouse https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/636311 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
