2008-03-07 Thread ZenGuy
I hate to be the bearer of bad news on this issue, but cows don't have
horns.

Bulls do.

[Bug 484855] Re: Can't open files on WebDAV share

2012-06-06 Thread ZenGuy
Confirming rothchild's comment that double clicking in file browser
still errors, but documents can be opened from within LibreOffice. I'm
running 12.04 desktop and server with Owncloud 4.1 installation.

[Bug 602044] Re: US Ubuntu Install Should Use Four Time Zones Instead of Obscure City Names

2010-07-12 Thread ZenGuy
I wasn't referring to the drop down menu, but it has the problem of
having so many entries that it's difficult to select the correct city
from the large scrolling list.

The graphical map is difficult for people to select zones in the center
of the US. Try to hit Chicago with one click. Chances are you will miss
and then have to hunt and peck until you hit the correct one. It seems
like it would be easy to create one large "hit" area on the map that
selects "US Central Time (GMT - 5),"

Maybe I'm wrong, but this looks like a trivial fix.
