What happened:
1. I accidentally delete Documents directory shortcut from side panel in 
Nautilus
2. Dragged Documents directory to the panel to restore it and accidentally 
(again :( dropped it into "Music" dir. 
3. Moved the Documents directory back from Music dir to ~/

After that, in ~/.config/user-dirs.dirs file
XDG_DOCUMENTS_DIR="$HOME"

Trying to install gnucash, apt returns:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  gnucash: Depends: slib (>= 3a2-5) but it is not installable
   Depends: guile-1.6-slib but it is not going to be installed
