[Bug 1853412] [NEW] Xorg freeze
Public bug reported: This happens when I use fractional scaling. At 100%, my HP 840 G3 runs smooth and fast. With fractional scaling at 125%, there is the following: visual tears when moving videos while playing; Ubuntu operates slow with system apps and 3rd party apps; system hangs and crashes; and more.
