Hello,
This issue is happening very often
$ software-properties-gtk
ERROR:dbus.proxies:Introspect error on :1.127:/: dbus.exceptions.DBusException:
org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Message recipient disconnected from message
bus without replying

I tried the usual solution I used before:
$ sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install --reinstall python3-six
python3-certifi
However, the package is still broken and there is no way to open
software and updates.
