[Bug 149478] Downloads hang on 100% if the part file has been moved
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: epiphany-browser Epiphany (like firefox) will download a file into [filename].part before renaming the .part-part away (this does not happen when selecting "Save Link As"). If the part file is moved while downloading, the download will hang in epiphany until you click stop. At 100% the browser should re-check the files location and not assume the default location to successfully rename the part file. To reproduce: 1. Right click a link and select "Download Link" 2. While downloading, move the file to another location on the same filesystem. 3. Observe the download dialog as download finishes. ProblemType: Bug Architecture: i386 Date: Fri Oct 5 15:06:22 2007 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 7.10 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/epiphany Package: epiphany-browser 2.20.0-0ubuntu1 PackageArchitecture: i386 ProcCmdline: epiphany-browser ProcCwd: /home/tms ProcEnviron: PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: epiphany-browser Uname: Linux tms-laptop 2.6.22-12-generic #1 SMP Sun Sep 23 18:11:30 GMT 2007 i686 GNU/Linux ** Affects: epiphany-browser (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Downloads hang on 100% if the part file has been moved https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/149478 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 104983] Re: Location bar togglebutton does not toggle on Ctrl + L or Go -> Location
Hinrik: You're right, this isn't a bug. The toggle button is there to toggle between whether to use entry or pathbuttons by default, not to indicate whatever mode is currently active. With this patch Ctrl + L will toggle modes and therefor doesn't return you to pathbuttons when you press enter. I guess that button is there for different reasons than I thought first. So I guess this bug can be marked as not a bug or deleted. -- Location bar togglebutton does not toggle on Ctrl + L or Go -> Location https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/104983 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 208842] [NEW] Error on playing a video added to playlist from the youtube plugin
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: totem-plugins Totem shows the following error upon switching videos in the playlist after having added it to the playlist from the youtube browser: "An error occurred: ffdemux_swf: Element doesn't implement handling of this stream. Please file a bug." Note that this does NOT happen if you add it to the playlist by doubleclicking a video in the youtube browser, only when right clicking it and selecting "Add to playlist". Please file a bug. gstffmpegdemux.c(1372): gst_ffmpegdemux_sink_activate_push (): /play/decodebin1/ffdemux_swf0: failed to activate sinkpad in pull mode, push mode not implemented yet How to reproduce: 1. [Bug 194385] Re: no values in gnome-power-statistics
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 194719 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/194719 I can confirm similar results from gnome-power-statistics on my Dell Inspiron 6400. This bug must have been introduced recently because this tool worked fine when I upgraded to hardy a few weeks ago. It should also be said that gnome-power-manager has stopped detecting my battery, or at least it doesn't show up in the system tray when discharging. Attached is the output of gnome-power-manager --verbose. ** Attachment added: "g-p-m.txt" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/12158708/g-p-m.txt -- no values in gnome-power-statistics https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/194385 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

So here's the patch I made. I'm not a gnome hacker, I have no idea what I'm doing.
