[Bug 132131] Re: [needs-packaging] Vazaar
Hi again, Most of the basic code is done although not ready for a release. The application is working but I need to code some of the most basic features yet. Anyway it's time to think in packaging. I've been looking for documents about how to package with launchpad but I'm not sure which is the best method to package python programas. Sorry, I'm lost here. So tips or any help would be appreciated. [Bug 285062] Re: apport-gtk crashed with KeyError in __getitem__()
Hi, I've just downloaded karmit alpha5 to check an application that I'm developing. After starting my program it crashed because of a bug. The apport window appeared to report a problem in my application. After pressing "Report problem..." the current window closed and a new apport window appeared to fill a bug against apport software. I've reproduced these steps several times and I always get the same behaviour. [Bug 132131] Re: [needs-packaging] Vazaar
Hi Chow and everybody! I have just released a tarball which you can find in https://launchpad.net/vazaar/+download I'd be very glad if you might help me to package it. Note that as a prototype it doesn't have a setup.py or similar installation method. Also, I'm studying and finding examples which can help me to set gettext properly. Please, take into account that it's the 0.4 version Revision 1. I'd be happy if you could keep the current version number. Notes about installation and dependencies are in the README file. I have nothing to say except I hope you can use and evaluate the program. Any comment is welcome as I feel sometimes stuck thinking about useful GUI ideas and code improvements.
