[Bug 296190] [NEW] no video with dual monitor setup (nvidia gpu's)

Please let me know what else you guys need to look into this issue, it effects me on every Linux distro with the open source NV driver.. maybe you guys can have an option to include the propitiatory driver from the installer disc or an option in the installer to download the driver if agreed upon. The first log is from xorg and my HDTV is "DVI0".
