[Bug 129925] Re: VCD protocol source plugin not installed
thanks for the info maybe I should switch to the xine version. But until/if the code is forth coming then maybe the totem-gstreamer description should be corrected A simple media player for the Gnome desktop based on gstreamer Its features : . * Play any gstreamer supported file * LIRC support * Shoutcast, m3u, asx, SMIL and ra playlists support * DVD (with menus), VCD and Digital CD (with CDDB) playback -- VCD protocol source plugin not installed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/129925 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 129925] Re: VCD protocol source plugin not installed
I have the same problem! Put a VCD in the drive, Totem launches then gives the error message "VCD protocol source plugin not installed." I'm also on Gutsy with all updates installed as of today. Totem is 2.19.90 and about shows GStreamer 0.10.14 -- VCD protocol source plugin not installed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/129925 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 120634] Re: [GUTSY] firefox crashed
OK apologies I have just tested and found this is a GNOME theme problem. I had tried extensions and Firefox themes but problem still occurred. But I noticed the problem didn't exist if I was logged on as root so I changed my user's appearance/them back the Human theme and the problem seems to have disappeared... now to workout what s causing the problem in the theme because I really like it :-) Best Wishes, Steve -- [GUTSY] firefox crashed https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/120634 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
