[Bug 259178] [NEW] Nautilus Search and File Type criterion
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus 1. Ubuntu 8.04 2. Nautilus 2.22.3 3. Nautilus had bug in previous version of Ubuntu and it's fixed. But I think I found one more. I could not find anything about it, on net and here... Maybe I am missing something? a. Click Search button b. enter 'gf' and hit 'Enter' (keyboard) c. I get lots of files d. click 'plus icon' - to add new criterion ("Add a new criterion to this search") e. File Type - I choose 'Picture' (or Music, or Text File, etc.) f. Click Reload I expected to get only pictures as result of search. 4. I got all file types: pictures, text files, music, pdf, etc... everything that matches 'gf'. I should get only pictures. P.s. I get no result when performing search in Open dialog box too. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Nautilus Search and File Type criterion https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/259178 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 259178] Re: search type selection not working
I have described one bug and I have mentioned second bug. About bug #2. [Bug 362937] [NEW] kate crashes on quit
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: kate 1. K/Ubuntu 9.04 (I have both, I had kubuntu-experimental before this*) 2. Kate 3.2.2 3. Not to crash. :)) 4. Crashed. In Kate: File>Quit ... Crash. I have added kubuntu-experimental. 2 days ago: Removed kubuntu-experimental. Removed some repositories (not official repositories) Upgrade to 9.04. Installed kubuntu-desktop. I have more problems (read> applications are crashing) with 9.04 beta/rc than with kubntu-experimental (yes, some apps were crashing, but now it happens more). I am not sure, should I report all or wait?
