[Bug 1481371] [NEW] tracker startup seems to block gnome keyring on login
Public bug reported: When logging in access to ssh (and anything that uses ssh like git) is blocked if tracker is enabled in /etc/xdg/autostart. Setting Hidden=true in the tracker .desktop files allows logins to proceed unimpeded. /etc/xdg/autostart$ grep Hidden=true tracker-* tracker-extract.desktop:Hidden=true tracker-miner-fs.desktop:Hidden=true tracker-store.desktop:Hidden=true This is in Ubuntu 14.04 with gnome shell 3.12.2 tracker would seem to be blocking the gnome-keyring password prompt ** Affects: tracker (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: login tracker -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1481371 Title: tracker startup seems to block gnome keyring on login To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tracker/+bug/1481371/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 1215798] Re: losing windows on Ubuntu 13.10
I'm seeing this after Alt-F2+r with gnome-terminal as well. When this happens, I can still interact with the tabs, move between them using the keyboard (Ctrl+PgUp/PgDn) etc but cannot resize or move the gnome- terminal window (the title bar is there, but it behaves as if it were invisible). $ gnome-shell --version GNOME Shell 3.8.4 $ gnome-terminal --version GNOME Terminal 3.6.1 cat /etc/lsb-release DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu DISTRIB_RELEASE=13.10 DISTRIB_CODENAME=saucy DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 13.10" -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1215798 Title: losing windows on Ubuntu 13.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1215798/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 603985] Re: Istanbul crashes when I stop recording: BadIDChoice error
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 86281 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/86281 I don't think this is a duplicate of bug #86281, which seems to be sound related. To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.) -- Istanbul crashes when I stop recording: BadIDChoice error https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/603985 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
