Re: [Bug 46601] Re: ipw 1.0.3 update: getting random disconnects
Right now I'm using Ubuntu 9.04 and this problem doesn't seem to appear anymore since a couple of Ubuntu versions. [Bug 49208] Re: totem crashes when playing video with vobsub subtitles
Sorry for the delay, totally forgot about this. Actually, I experienced this with totem-gstreamer. btw: I think it's a freeze. When I try to open the video with totem, totem opens but the videos doesn't play and also I cannot close totem anymore. [Bug 67168] timeout in Ubuntu Installer while checking for mirrors is too long
Public bug reported: Hey, I just installed Ubuntu Edgy RC. The installation was stuck for roughly 30 minutes in phase called "searching for mirrors" or something like that, because the installer couldn't find any mirrors due to the fact that I had no connection to the internet since I didn't dial into the vpn. Unfortunately, I have no legal example *cough* Anyway, I believe you can reporduce the bug with any video which is supplied with subititles in vobsub format. Actually, the example you gave in your attachment is about issues with text subtitles, but this bug report is about issues with vobsub subtitltes (a format where the subtitles are stored as images). -- totem crashes when playing video with vobsub subtitles https://launchpad.net/bugs/49208 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 70113] Current version of libglib-java in edgy is incompatible to the other packages of the java-gnome project
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: libglib-java The current version of libglib-java 0.3.2 is incompatible to rest of the packages of the gnome-java project. Therefore libglib-java needs to be updated to 0.4. Also I strongly recommend to update all packages of gnome-java projects to the version recommended in the gnome-java 2.16.0 release to ensure stability. This is a major issue, because java bindings like they're now in Edgy are not functional. These are the affected packages and the versions, which are recommended by java-gnome 2.16.0 release: * glib-java 0.4.0 * cairo-java 1.0.6 * libgtk-java 2.10.0 * libgnome-java 2.12.6 * libglade-java 2.12.7 * libgconf-java 2.12.5 * libvte-java 0.12.2 Also see http://java-gnome.sourceforge.net/cgi- bin/bin/view/Main/NewsTwoSixteenZero ** Affects: glib-java (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed ** Tags added: edgy java java-gnome -- Current version of libglib-java in edgy is incompatible to the other packages of the java-gnome project https://launchpad.net/bugs/70113 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
Re: [Bug 70113] Re: Current version of libglib-java in edgy is incompatible to the other packages of the java-gnome project
I didn't prepare any Debian packages. Apparently, it seems that there no packages for java-gnome out yet. So somebody has to package them.
