[Bug 931898] [NEW] gnome-panel segfault in dual screen mode
Public bug reported: In dual screen mode (not twinview nor xranrd - just two separated X servers) gnome-panel crashes when starting GNOME or GNOME Classic. When running gnome-panel from terminal it says: (gnome-panel:4467): Gtk-CRITICAL **: gtk_style_context_get: assertion `priv->widget_path != NULL' failed and also stops with segfault. As I found at http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1709011 post by "Amaranth": "Compiz no longer supports multiscreen (Separate X) so you have to manually start it from a terminal on the second screen."
