[Bug 279406] Re: "Shut Down" dialog doesn't open in the foreground
It seems that the dialogue only obtains focus the first time after starting the computer. After suspending or hibernating the computer, the dialogue will appear on top, but will for some reason not gain focus. -- "Shut Down" dialog doesn't open in the foreground https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/279406 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

If you don't care about text from the comments, you can download all the attachments from http://listepik.net/~runejuhl/bug312756-20110406.tar.bz2 . They're in the same order as the attachment list on the Launchpad page. /Rune On Wed, Apr 6, 2011 at 12:51, Albert Vilella wrote: > Hi Timo, > > Is it possible to automatically make a tar.gz of all the attachments > in this bug? > > On Wed, Apr 6, 2011 at 8:26 AM, Timo Aaltonen > wrote: > > The "hybrid graphics linux" -project might want to open a bug on it's > > bugtracker to get these reports, the X team doesn't need them. [Bug 312756] Re: support graphics card hot switch
This DSDT is from a MM-Vision (Danish company) Vision NB579 laptop, a locally assembled (supposedly) Compal laptop. It has an integrated i915 graphics card and a discrete ATI HD 5650. $ sudo dmidecode -s system-product-name; sudo dmidecode -s system-version; lspci -vnnn | perl -lne 'print if /^\d+\:.+(\[\S+\:\S+\])/' | grep VGA NBLBX F.01 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller [8086:0046] (rev 02) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller]) 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: ATI Technologies Inc Redwood [Radeon HD 5600 Series] [1002:68c1] (prog-if 00 [VGA controller]) ** Attachment added: "DSDT.dsl for Vision NB579 laptop (Compal laptop with i915 and ATI HD 5650)" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/+bug/312756/+attachment/1693183/+files/DSDT.dsl -- support graphics card hot switch https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/312756 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 247571] Re: Text boxes with active autocomplete drop down swallows multimedia keyboard controls
I'm pretty sure that this isn't a problem with Firefox, but a problem with Gnome instead, as multimedia key presses are also swallowed whenever you have an open menu, no matter if it is inside an application (File, Edit, View menus and so on), or the start menu or a right click menu. Reproducibility: always Steps to reproduce: 1. Start a media player. 2. Play a track. 3. Open a menu of any sort. 4. Try any media control button, such as pause or volume up/down. Expected: The track pauses/changes volume. Actual: Nothing, the button has no effect. I'd be tempted to say that this bug is yet another duplicate of bug report https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+2.0/+bug/10905 . A lot of duplicates have been reported, ie. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+2.0/+bug/243584 which has a description that matches this one a bit better. Does anyone have any insight on this? -- Text boxes with active autocomplete drop down swallows multimedia keyboard controls https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/247571 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
