[Bug 872924] Re: Resuming a failed upload crashes with ValueError: I/O operation on closed file
Sergei, thanks for taking the time to test Ubuntu One. That error message seems to point to a disk failure or corrupted dowload, since the only way to cause it is to have a corrupt or truncated library.zip. On the other hand, your problem is obviously unrelated to the issue where you posted it, which is annoying to those who are subscribed to it because they were affected. Please, if you do care about getting it fixed, create a new bug report. The problem seems to be that the download is started, which when it's finished will cause the app to be installed, BUT the scope is not checking whether the app it's displaying on the preview is being downloaded. Hello, and thanks for reporting this! The "remove device" button in control panel removes the current device, meaning the one you are using. Well, I don't know. Where does the store get "Hello" from? Why is that not in the app's metadata? I changed the title to something sensible, but this will always have the potential for inconsistency. [Bug 1380662] Re: legacy apps re-set their notification status on reboot
This seems to affect only legacy apps (external drives and system- settings) and not every time. The only difference in the setting between legacy and click apps is that legacy apps are stored like: ('', 'ciborium') and click apps like: ('com.ubuntu.developer.webapps.webapp-facebook', 'webapp-facebook') The entries are removed on boot, so it's not system settings that's deleting them.
