I was connected to a wifi network. It was pretty funny to see the effect of the mouse hover to reset the graph measure. Step to reproduce the bug: 1. Start several network download to cover 100% of your bandwidth and observe 100% in the system monitor 2. Hover the mouse in the network widget and observe sudden decrease of the measure 3. Hover out from the widget and observe another sudden decrease of the measure. [Bug 109416] Corrupted Jar File in libtomcat5.5-java
