Yes, I am using it already. But date&time indicator doesn't. So Time &
Date Settings menu entry does not have any sense because it is not

I have found workaround for this bug.
When I start mc by:
env LANG=en_US mc
all works fine.

But:
env LANG=en_US.UTF-8 mc
shows me garbage.

So, the problem seems to be somwhere in UTF-8...

Sorry. My error is reverse of this bug. I getting this:
get_ssl_context() takes exactly 1 argument (2 given)

Problem solved by replacing:
ssl_context = get_ssl_context(self.disable_ssl_verify, host)
to
ssl_context = get_ssl_context(self.disable_ssl_verify)

I created package eclipse-globalmenu for patching libappmenu.so (see #46).
Package contains dpkg triggers so patch will be automatically applied to 
libappmenu.so on every appmenu-gtk update.

Supported appmenu-gtk from precise-updates and above (uses new file
place - see #91). Tested on Raring i386 and x86_64.

[Bug 865389] Re: Appmenu-gtk should not blacklist eclipse

I created package eclipse-globalmenu for patching libappmenu.so.
Package contains dpkg triggers so patch will be automatically applied to 
libappmenu.so on every appmenu-gtk update.

Supported appmenu-gtk from precise-updates and above. Tested on Raring
i386 and x86_64.

I don't think so this bug a duplicate of #663776 because I don't using
iBus input system. When I trying to run ibus-setup I getting "Keyboard
Input Methods (IBus Daemon) has not been started. Do you want to start
it now?" message.

On the same machine other user can do input Cyrillic letters in the dash
search field.
