[Bug 102960] network-admin switches bw profiles or resets automatically
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools I'm using a laptop with Edgy to connect to wireless networks at home and in the school. The home network is DHCP and the other network is based on static IP. I saved two network profiles in network-admin. When I switch between profiles, the "configuration" part in "properties" does not change and I have to choose DHCP or static IP by hand. Additionally, when I switch to the network with static IP, the network settings resets (disabled network interfaces become enabled and the IP address of the wireless adapter resets)after a while unless I restart the system right after switching between profiles. ** Affects: gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed -- network-admin switches bw profiles or resets automatically https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/102960 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
