Hi,

I install each new update/upgrade. VPN works if my mate uses it using MacOS.
VPN does not work with Ubuntu 18.04 and 16.04 (only this OS I use). I've 
checked it in two different networks.
I used every possible setting using NetworkManager.
I've checked each possible solutions using StackOverflow.

I did not check VPN connection using other VPN.
I wrote the question to VPN's provider if they can check it out this issue.

It works with 18.04 and does not work with 16.04
It connects with other gates of VPN provider but not with this one I have set.
