Bump. [Bug 1249592] [NEW] Upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 keeps stalling after it fetched update.
Public bug reported: Upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10 keeps stalling after it does a fetch update. The program can not do calculations on how long its going to take. May think about downloading CD for 13.10 and ugrade the system that way.
