[Bug 274950] Re: Look into switching to bluez 4.x

2008-10-02 Thread LordMephisto
Hi guys,

I don't know whether I am right here or not, but in the german ubuntuforum
someone told me that I should post my problems here. So whats up...
I have a problem with my bluetooth mice using ubuntu 8.10 and the 4.x (and the
3.x) packages for bluetooth. The cursor is moving like it takes drugs :-( It is
very hard to make controled inputs with the mice and the battary is running low
very fast! With the last Ubuntu version (8.04) I had no problems... I hope
someone can help me!

greetings
Lord

[Bug 194714] Re: [Hardy] ndiswrapper does not function with 2.6.24-8.

2008-03-15 Thread LordMephisto
Hi,

have you found any solution for the problem, that you can not connect to
any network? Here I have exactly the same problem. I use a wireless card
from asus with a marvell W8300 chip. The network-manager (0.6.6) finds
my wireless network but the connection will not set up. At the moment I
use the 2.6.24-12-generic kernel!

[Bug 194714] Re: [Hardy] ndiswrapper does not function with 2.6.24

2008-03-24 Thread LordMephisto
I thought "after 2.6.24" meant or means the following once, e.g. 2.6.25 and not
a special version of 2.6.24
Perhaps I am wrong with this...

Happe easter!

[Bug 206097] Re: System freeze during shutdown with an empty screen with gnome's background image

2008-03-26 Thread LordMephisto
Confirmed - I thought I am crazy cause nobody else experienced this
problem... I have this bug or whatever since the 14.03...

I am running Hardy x86 (Beta) with a nVidia 8800GTS (G92) with nvidia-glx-new
and compiz turned on!
When I try to disable compiz (system -> appearence) it did not change anything!
Same with manually removing the nvidia-entries from the xorg...

Hi guys,

I did a search about this problems on launchpad and found the following bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/keytouch/+bug/186713/
For me the removal of keytouch solved the problem!

[Bug 294822] Re: [intrepid] Logitech MX900 bluetooth mouse - cursor 'jerky'

2010-10-11 Thread LordMephisto
Hello,

yesterday I upgraded my Ubuntu 9.10 to Ubuntu 10.10 and unfortunately my
bluetooth mouse (MX 900) shows now the described behaviour. With Ubuntu
10.04 the problems are there, too.

I have connected the mouse using the bluetooth hub (connected to USB)
which was delivered together with the mouse by Logitech.
