[Bug 831976] Re: Addition of Na'vi Language

2011-09-23 Thread Jessica Tallon
They said they will not add it (click on the upstream bug to see).
Possibly a downstream patch such as the one you use for the klingon
translation?

[Bug 831976] Re: Addition of Na'vi Language

2011-09-13 Thread Jessica Tallon
Ah I see, I fear glibc won't add it (as they didn't with klingon as far
as I can see though they should respond soon, perhaps i could see if any
of the glibc team have seen my upstream bug post.

[Bug 831976] [NEW] Addition of Na'vi Language

2011-08-23 Thread Jessica Tallon
Public bug reported:

I would like to add the Na'vi language, I have created a locale and
filed a bug upstream with glibc to get it included, in the mean time i
was hoping we could include this as a patch (similar to klingon) and we
could get started working on translations as glibc could take a long
time. The bug report for glibc is located:

http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13120

The bug report also has the na'vi language locale i created. Thanks.

[Bug 834177] [NEW] [MacBook6, 1, Cirrus Logic CS420] Playback problem6, Green H

2011-08-25 Thread Jessica Tallon
Public bug reported:

The macbook jack works both as a normal audio jack and a digital optical
audio out jack. Which is used is suppose to be dependent on which cable
you plug in, there is a small switch inside which is pressed when the
digital optical audio out wire is plugged in. In ubuntu the red light
comes on and shines out of the jack and sound is very faint out of the
inbuilt speakers, ubuntu is wrongly detecting the optical audio out and
it seems to be on by default. I can confirm its not hardware as I'm dual
booting with OS X and when i boot into that it functions correctly. When
the digital optical audio out lead is plugged in its suppose to disable
the internal speakers which it does (sort of - its played very quietly
through the internal speakers) however like i said above, no cable is
plugged in so it should default to the internal speakers.

I am happy to provide any information and help debug to get this fixed.
