as a web browser. Chrome OS (operating system) is a minority to Windows,

Sound is distorted by crackles and pops when playing Flash videos in the
non-free Google Chrome browser (23.0.1271.91).  The same seems to occur
in the Mozilla Firefox browser (17.0) with latest version of Adobe Flash
(11.2)
