Ok I have it. Python is the problem. All programms, witch want a one user, have a problem. Python logt the passwd. If I kill Phyton and remove se locks i can normal install an deinstall all programms. For examble: # /usr/sbin/useradd -d /home/usbmux -g plugdev -s /bin/false -u 119 usbmux useradd: cannot lock /etc/passwd; try again later. I have aslo the same problem.
