*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 907568 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/907568 USC locked up all apt-* processes when I received this error. Tried to use Synaptic Package Manager after the USC error and had to go into terminal to run "apt-get update" and then only used SPM to install software.
