2009-11-23 Thread GEDIK
Small temp. workaround:
1. disable system tray icon in twinkle
2. use Alltray utility to hide twinkle to system tray.

3. setup visual notification for incoming call.
   3a. create script file
 cat ~/.twinkle/scripts/incom_call.sh
 #!/bin/bash
kdialog --title "Twinkle" --passivepopup "${SIP_FROM_USER} is calling..." &

3b. assign script for "Incoming call" in Edit -> User profile ->

[Bug 1244932] [NEW] [Macmini5, 1, Cirrus Logic CS4206, Green Headphone Out, Front] volume slider problem

2013-10-26 Thread Umur Gedik
Public bug reported:

When i maximize the volume slider on applet it goes 100% but sound
starts to be noisy. And when applet's slider maximized i show 100% on
sound settings, but also there is unamplified pointer in that same
slider and it is more below than 100% when i take down the slider until
unamplified the sound returns back normal (clear). Because of that i
can't use my keyboard's media keys or volume slider to volume up because
it goes over unamplified :(

I don't know anything about driver issue or anything else :D i just use
ubuntu-bug sound and check the options :)
I have only one jack output and one for input. 100% and Unamplified shouldn't
be equal? But they are different on sound settings :/

2013-10-26 Thread Umur Gedik
Sorry also there is my webcam, i think webcam's built-in mic is shown.
Is there any way to cancel/disable this amplification because i want to 100% to
be unamplificated. Its really bad to everytime open sound settings and set
slider to unamplificated point :(
