On a clean install of Jaunty "apt-get install gwibber" installs gwibber 0.8.0, on Intrepid I have gwibber 0.9.2. Was thrilled to find gwibber as one of the few non-air, multi-account twitter-able apps. IMHO this is a major bug as it prevents me and others from using gwibber at all. Implementing the usual behavior, i.e. let the user choose between using system proxy settings or providing a proxy host/script, would improve the usability a lot.
