I ran "sudo pm-hibernate" 10 times in a row without triggering the error
(using kernel 3.2.0-29-generic #46-Ubuntu). This problem seems to be
fixed.

I also have this problem. One interesting thing that I have noted is
that if I suspend by running "sudo pm-suspend" in a shell I have a
working network directly after resumin, while if I suspend by clicking
the menu option in KDE it takes almost a minute after resume before I
have network again.

When resuming from hibernate the kernel oops 1 or 2 times out of 10.
This does not happen when resuming from suspend. I have not used
