The manager was downloading some updates, and then it crashed. I think
it was my connection because it was slow, then fast, then very slow,
maybe this caused the update-manager to crash.

 All of the messages in my inbox come from Daniel HOLBACH.  Or
at least from his launchpad acct.  I just read an email from him , he tells
me that his email inbox is also receiving  alot of extra messages. He says
it must be something  about a notify of a duplicate bug, then another notify
of another duplicate bug, then a notice of the duplicate of the duplicate.
So, maybe if you know who Daniel Holbach is,  both of you can stop it.

tomboy at that moment.  I had closed tomboy properly some time before
trying to shut down my PC.  But  it always says that message.
Sometimes, I think it happens even when I have not used tomboy  at all.
