This seems to happen more often when I did not lock my screen prior to doing this. I'm forced to shut off the machine. The restart is painful (many times afterward the filesystem has to be repaired). It has rendered this browser useless for this type of application. It doesn't happen with Jira web interface or any other one, only with outlook web interface (which uses https, but so do several other applications I use).
