[Bug 344252] Re: CPU Frequency Scaling defaults to "Performance" instead of "OnDemand"
Whenever I boot the system, the governor is set to Performance by default, and I would have to change it back to Ondemand every time. It gets very annoying, and I would really like a choice in choosing what speed governor I use when I'm on AC power and on battery power. -- CPU Frequency Scaling defaults to "Performance" instead of "OnDemand" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/344252 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 262372] Re: clicking the panel clock will freeze the panel
When I click on my clock to reveal the weather and other information, the panel would lock up and I am unable to use anything on the panel. However, I was able to issue the command 'killall gnome-panel' by invoking the deskbar, and that caused gnome-panel to restart and I was able to use the panel again. -- clicking the panel clock will freeze the panel https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/262372 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 159362] Re: Selecting WIRED network does not turn off WIRELESS RADIO
I believe that this is more of an enhancement request than a bug. Indeed, most laptop users connect to the Internet via the ethernet port XOR via wireless. If the wired connection is active, there is really no reason to have the wireless radio turned on and eating up power. ** Changed in: network-manager (Ubuntu) Status: Invalid => New -- Selecting WIRED network does not turn off WIRELESS RADIO https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/159362 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 53214] Re: confusing behavior with comma as thousands separators vs decimal point.
Áron Sisak: Your links do not work. With respect to this bug, I would like to put in my two cents: When I type in 1234+5678, I get something like 123,4+5,678 (see attached screenshot). Asking the calculator to solve for this results in 6,,192. This bug should receive higher priority than "wishlist" -- it is a severe regression, as cosmetic as it is. ** Attachment added: "Screenshot.png" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/13987623/Screenshot.png -- confusing behavior with comma as thousands separators vs decimal point. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/53214 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 53214] Re: confusing behavior with comma as thousands separators vs decimal point.
My apologies -- the result of 1234+5678 was recalled off the top of my head. [Bug 205496] Re: [Hardy]Xsane needs root to operate scanner
