[Bug 52407] Re: User-Agent string without "Gecko" breaks Gmail
*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 52373 *** That's true. I've changed the entry general.useragent.extra.firefox from "Firefox/1.5.0.4" to "Gecko/20060720 Firefox/1.5.0.4" and got gmail working nicely again. -- User-Agent string without "Gecko" breaks Gmail https://launchpad.net/bugs/52407 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 17744] Re: libnss-ldap and libpam-ldap should use the same configuration file
I guess openldap's clients use /etc/ldap/ldap.conf, and not /etc/*ldap.conf: $ strace ldapsearch -x 2>&1 | grep ldap.conf open("/etc/ldap/ldap.conf", O_RDONLY|O_LARGEFILE) = 3 /etc/ldap/ldap.conf and /etc/libnss-ldap.conf (or pam_ldap.conf) have some slightly different entries, and should not be symlinked. On the other way, i think there's no problem to use only one file for NSS and PAM. In fact, i already use it, making a link from libnss- ldap.conf to pam_ldap.conf. To be more precise, we _SHOULD_ be using only one file for these two, just make a head in these two files, and note this line: "This is the configuration file for the LDAP nameservice switch library and the LDAP PAM module." -- libnss-ldap and libpam-ldap should use the same configuration file https://launchpad.net/bugs/17744 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 114513] Re: Fn+F1/F2 do not change anymore LCD brightness after last Feisty update
I can confirm this, when installing (and after the first boot), the F1/F2 keys work well. After updating it, i'm unable to use it anymore. I have a MacBook model MA700LL/A. -- Fn+F1/F2 do not change anymore LCD brightness after last Feisty update https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/114513 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 80805] Re: gnome-theme-manager crashes with redhat-artwork package
Conflicts with which files? IIRC, whenever i install a package that conflicts with something, dpkg shows it, and is necessary execute the dpkg -i command with --force-overwrite, which is not this specific case. ** Changed in: control-center (Ubuntu) Status: Rejected => Needs Info -- gnome-theme-manager crashes with redhat-artwork package https://launchpad.net/bugs/80805 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
