The same is happening to me with Ubuntu 12.04.2 on my netbook Acer Aspire One 722 and on my laptop Toshiba Satellite A660. Battery indicator icon is not changing levels during recharge but the icons for it are present in the themes Ambiance/Radiance. The isonc are present in the /usr/share/icons/ubuntu-mono-dark/status and /usr/share/icons /ubuntu-mono-light/status folders. I was browsing the code for indicator-power.c and only following icons are referenced for chargning state (lines : battery-000-charging battery-caution-charging-symbolic (doesn't exist) battery-caution-charging (doesn't exist) gpm-battery-000-charging All available icons are not used and is clearly visible in the code (lines 486-489). [Bug 1056362] [NEW] Rhythmbox doesn't display window decoration after special minimization
Public bug reported: This bug report is closely related to the bug reported earlier: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/rhythmbox/+bug/1056132 In order to produce it, follow the steps 1-4 in bug report 1056132 (link is provided above). Next step is to click on the Rhythmbox icon in the Launcher. I must state that the main window mustn't be maximized before the process. Expected result is to see the main window with full window decoration. Instead, the main window appears without the decoration. Since this is related to the previous bug, I suspect that this issue is more related to the Unity shell than the Rhytmbox itself.
