[Bug 1218076] Re: nemo says vfat/fat32 usb flash drive are read-only - not so...
I cannot believe that this bug still exists this many years after it was reported. I'm running a fresh install of Mint 17.3, and just formatted a USB stick from Nemo. Yet again, I was then unable to copy files to the stick unless I sudoed into Nemo. Seriously folks, this is one irritating and longstanding bug. [Bug 1218076] Re: nemo says vfat/fat32 usb flash drive are read-only - not so...
I honestly thought that this had been resolved a year or two back, but find today that it's STILL here! I cannot fathom how this problem is allowed to exist for years and years. This is just plain stupid. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1218076 Title: nemo says vfat/fat32 usb flash drive are read-only - not so... [Bug 763974] Re: Very slow Internet connection on natty with wlan
For what it's worth, the ath9k fix suggested here: http://www.ubuntusecrets.it/2011/04/hack-connessione-lenta-su-natty-forse-ho-la-soluzione-giusta-per-voi/?lang=en solved my problem.
