Binary package hint: libqt3-mt

Launching any QT3 app shows the following warning message on the console:
QSettings: failed to open file '/etc/qt3/qt_plugins_3.3rc'

Examining permissions of this file shows:
-rw-r- 1 root root 654 2009-01-30 13:29 /etc/qt3/qt_plugins_3.3rc

However, I never modified the permissions for this file.

OS: Ubuntu 8.10
libqt3-mt/intrepid 3:3.3.8-b-5ubuntu1

I confirm this too. The API documentation seems to be missing from the
api subfolder file:///usr/share/doc/python-dbus-doc/api/

To be precise, the index.html actually exists and contains one entry for
dbus._version. However, this is not documentation but more like a
placeholder.

It indicates to me that something may have gone wrong when the docs were
generated.
