[Bug 181900] Re: Evolution-Exchange does not really sync with exchange server
I have the eact same issue as described above. Kubuntu 8.04. Evolution 2.22.3.1. The fix Keith proposes only works temporarily. [Bug 219577] Re: Impossible to create dvd-video iso image
I suffer the same issue. If I rip the DVD files to disk and them burn them back, the k3b/mkisofs error message is the same as above. However, this only occurs if the total file size is close to 4.4 GB. Smaller DVDs (< 4 GB) do not seem to be affected. I have not tried other distro's than 8.04 and have not encountered this issues before, therefore I assumed it started from the 8.04 upgrade. -- Impossible to create dvd-video iso image https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/219577 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 57050] Re: Brother HL-1430 USB printer will only print once
Just to confirm my previous post: a fresh re-install of Edgy fixed my problem (half October 2006). However: the problem has returned for me too. I don't know when this happended or what caused it, but occasionally I have to power-cycle my HL-1430 in order to get the remaining prints. I'm very sorry if I gave you guys false hope. I am currently playing with Feisty, and I will report my findings. -- Brother HL-1430 USB printer will only print once https://launchpad.net/bugs/57050 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 57050] Re: Brother HL-1430 USB printer will only print once
Tried the same printer on Feisty (14 Feb. 2007). The printer still needs a powercycle to continue printing after the first document. Remarkably (?), printing also continues after I put the laptop in suspend: when it wakes up after suspending, printing automagically resumes. I believe the entire USB subsytem is restarted after suspending. -- Brother HL-1430 USB printer will only print once https://launchpad.net/bugs/57050 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

http://www.linux-foundation.org/~till/tmp/usb Your file works as promised. BUT: when I now switch on a printer, my USB storage disconnects. [Bug 57050] Re: Brother HL-1430 USB printer will only print once
The disconnects last only a few seconds, then a re-connect automatically occurs. This happens on both an USB ext. harddisk and a flashdisk. I Noticed the disconnect because of error messages in an rsync-backup. I repeated my findings from yesterday; see the log-file attached. * are my comments. ** Attachment added: "messages" http://librarian.launchpad.net/6464131/log.text -- Brother HL-1430 USB printer will only print once https://launchpad.net/bugs/57050 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
