Public bug reported: Sometime there is a freeze during 1 to 10 seconds when I use my new XPS13 with Ubuntu 16.04. Hello Joseph, I received my XPS 2 days ago, there was already Windows 10 installed. I downloaded Ubuntu 16.04, created an ubuntu usb key (with unetbootin) and installed the system as is. I have not made any kernel upgrade. How to test the latest upstream kernel?
