The full disk encryption prompt is before the main ubuntu login screen. Any ideas on what this bug pertains to and how to move it to the proper place? Thanks! [Bug 1068471] Re: Blank screen on boot.
Pressing the keys alternates between the text and graphical displays. I tried to run that command and received the following error. ERROR: The launchpadlib Python module is not installed. This functionality is not available. I looked in the Ubuntu Software Center but am unsure as to which package to install. When I search for launchpadlib I get python- launchpadlib-toolkit and python-launchpadlib. Which of the two do I need to install so this command will work or do I need them both? Another thing I wanted to point out is that this issue did not occur with 12.04 amd64. [Bug 841569] Re: Network Manager fills in a three digit SSID to Unicode
New here so I'm not sure if I am reporting this in the right place but this is the closest I could find to the issue I'm experiencing. This bug is also present in the final version of 11.10 both 32 and 64 bit. You can change the SSID manually back to what it should be. It will then connect. This has to be done every time the machine is restarted or woken up from sleep or hibernation. It seems like the change doesn't stick. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/841569 Title: Network Manager fills in a three digit SSID to Unicode To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/841569/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 844193] Re: Screen won't turn back on after being turned off due to inactivity (System Settings -> Screen)
Can also confirm it happens on a Dell Dimension B110 desktop when logged in. Doesn't seem to happen when logged out. Have to power down the hard way when it occurs as the system seems completely unresponsive. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/844193 Title: Screen won't turn back on after being turned off due to inactivity (System Settings -> Screen) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg-server/+bug/844193/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
