[Bug 669465] Re: Evolution's e-addressbook-factory process renders CPU usage 100%
I can say, that on Ubuntu 10.10 in my client's office there is the same situation. I can't add any contact to addressbook, even when I added new Addressbook, there is no new file on disk. When Evolution starts, it display message like this: "There is no file /home/_user/.evolution/addressbook/local/system/addressbook.db or you have wrog permissions to this file" Of course, the file is and has good permisions. Solution as for now: kill -9 e-addressbook-factory_PID then start Evolution. I have found nothing strange in dmesg or syslog, what could point me for any error. ** Attachment added: "Attachment from TeamViewer" https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution-data-server/+bug/669465/+attachment/1800413/+files/zrzut_ekranu-8.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/669465 Title: Evolution's e-addressbook-factory process renders CPU usage 100% -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
