Re: [Bug 237970] Re: firefox-3.0 breaks with NFS home directory
In my case the nfs-common service couldn't start because it couldn't write to /var/lib/nfs/ (non-existent folder). This service must run for NFS to work properly. I think it was related to this: http://www.sqlite.org/faq.html#q5 (No, I haven't been running two firefoxes at the same time but i still think it is related to that). [Bug 237970] Re: firefox-3.0 breaks with NFS home directory
Hi, I had similar issue, I believe it was related to sqlite locks over NFS. Creating /var/lib/nfs directory and restarting nfs-common service solved the problem. -- firefox-3.0 breaks with NFS home directory https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/237970 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
