We are in the process of making a trace tool and a Wireshark dissector for
DECT NR+ [1]. The "DECT-2020 New Radio (NR); Part 4: MAC layer" chapter 6
defines PDU formats and parameters for this protocol.

Proposed name: LINKTYPE_DECT_NR / DLT_DECT_NR

Yes.

These are no brainers for me.

I think that there is still some Tru64 out there, so let's remove it, but
note that we are open to putting it back.

I don't think much outside of museums, and they likely are using the
compilers from that era, which are likely not C99.
