Hello I am migrating our webmail from Roxen IMHO to squirrelmail Squirrelmail works fine but I have few cosmetic troubles. Does anyone has does it successfully especially in recovering folders created with Roxen IMHO that are not visibles into squirrelmail interface. Many students here just close their browser instead of signing out normally then close. what would be the side effect of this (bad ?) practice ? Hi Is there a way to forbid any user to change his/her email address in the options page ? This is needed as we are an engineer school that sometimes are "malicious" and send fake emails to others. [SM-USERS] UW imap and passwd problem ?
Hi I've setup a test machine with squirrelmail and UW imapd and I have trouble to log in. I think the problem is UW imapd is compiled and configured by default not to accept cleartext passwds transactions the box run FreeBSD 5.3 with pam_ldap and nss_ldap to authenticate users onto our main LDAP server, it works if I log in from the console of thru SSH without problem. Do I have to recompile and reconfigure UW imapd that it accept cleartext passwds to be able to use squirrelmail with it ?
